日本マーケットに置ける「BOYLONDON」ブランドの所有権及び代理権についてのお知らせ

「BOYLONDON」ブランドは、私共、アングロフランチャイズリミテッドが長年に亘って慈しみ育ててきたブランドです。2018年、日本国内にて、「BOYLONDON」を用いた模倣品が販売されていたため、販売業者（PAGE-ONER株式会社）を被告とし、東京地方裁判所に対して侵害差止および損害賠償請求訴訟を提起しておりました。今般、2022年12月８日付にて出された判決にて、私どもの主張が基本的に認められ、被告の侵害行為が認定されました。

日本国内で販売されている私どもの正規商品は、ボーイロンドン（香港）リミテッドおよびアングロフランチャイズジャパン株式会社を正規代理店としています。今後とも「BOYLONDON」をよろしくお願いいたします。

The “BOYLONDON” brand is a brand that we, Anglofranchise Limited, have nurtured with love for many years. In 2018, we found counterfeit products using “BOYLONDON” were sold in Japan, so we sued the distributor (PAGE-ONER Co., Ltd.) as the defendant to the Tokyo District Court to infringe and claim damages. On December 8, 2022, the court issued the judgment to accept our claim basically, and the defendant’s infringement was recognized.

Our official products sold in Japan are provided by the authorized distributors, Boy London (Hong Kong) Limited and Anglofranchise Japan Ltd. Thank you for your continued support of “BOYLONDON.”
